For those of you planning to use the jarred baby food......

Which brand will you be using?

We'll use Gerber and Beechnut.

That's what we can get on WIC and plus I think that's the only kinds of baby food brands besides the organic stuff. I don't think there is a difference in the organic. I think the only way something is truely healthy and you know what's in it is if you make it yourself, which I believe I will try out.

I've been thinking alot though on doing a mix of Jarred/homemade and BLW. I've been thinking of doing BLW at home but when were on the go doing purees because that would be easier.

I read great things about Plum organic and I know a lot of moms who use that and they say its really tasty. Since I plan to make my own a majority of time, I havent done too much research on already made baby food other than some word of mouth.

I'm still undecided whether to make my own or buy jarred. I bought jarred with my other 2 kids. I'm thinking it will be very time consuming making my own with 2 other kids in the house and my DH just picked up another job..ugh! So, still undecided.......I was thinking if I did jarred then maybe do organic like Earth's Best.
