So, Sophia has been congested these past few days, so have I....I wasn't too concerned being that the weather here has been changing like crazy and she doesn't seem bothered by it.

So, last night my DD1 was complaining of cold symptoms, sore throat, ear hurting, you name it!
So, I kept her home from school and made an appt just to be sure and since I was going I decided to have Sophia checked out as well. Well, thank goodness I went because they both had red throats
They both ended up getting tested for step. I have 3 kids and I never had them tested for strep at the age of 4 months. I am a little worried now but the doctor assured me that if it is strep then it is treated with antibiotics and it's only dangerous if it goes untreated but still! No fever and happy as can be so it's prob negative but of course I am worried. She took the "stick" like a champ too!!

Now, I have to wait until tomorrow morning for the results!

My pedi said strep throat in babies is very very uncommon. Both of my kids had it recently and thank god it didn't pass on to Josh! Im glad your kiddos are okay!
