Good luck! The only one which I know people who did it is a 30 day one. They all said it was really rough but so worth it after. I would imagine any kind of detox, no matter if even for a day, would make you feel better. Good luck with it!
It's three weeks and kind of involved (food prep, mental exercises, physical exercise, etc.) so I'm not sure it's something a new mom, with another in tow, has the time for. It really was pretty great though. DH had more of a dramatic response to it than me, but I felt good after. I have to say though that the one juice-only day (you pare down to it with a week of modified meals, and the build from there a new system of super power eating) was not for me. DH didn't mind it, but my body's sugar needs just couldn't handle it. I just spent the day craving my next fruit-based juice to get some sugar in me. But that's just me and my weird blood sugar thing.
