How are you doing this? I want to try it this weekend, but all of the instructions I've found have said to use it all right away, but, um, my kid doesn't eat more than a tablespoon of anything at a time. Am I just in for a lot of guac while he eats the puree? (Not that there's anything wrong with that...)
According to my baby bullet instruction booklet you can make a batch, keep in fridge for 2 days and then rest freeze and thaw out when needed. It also states that frozen baby food is good in the freezer for 30 days.

Yep, with DS I just mashed it up, froze what I wasn't going to use right away in ice cube trays and pupped those out into ziplocks after they were frozen. The part I used I just mixed with BM until it was a nice smooth consistency
