1qt (4C.) water
4 chicken buillon cubes
3C. chopped celery
1C. chopped onion
2 1/2C. chopped potatoes

Cook all of the ingredients above until tender.

Add
1lb frozen mixed vegetables
1lb frozen cauliflower

Cook until tender.

Add
1lb Velveeta
1-2C. mozzerella (optional)
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Cook until melted. Enjoy!

Haha! 1lb is actually only 1/2 of a regular sized container.

I am so fixing this! I have a pkg of cheese that I have been looking at in the pantry for a month or so saying to myself why in the world did I buy that.
