My diaper bag doubles as a purse:

Diapers
Wipes
Extra outfit
Hat
Extra Blanket
Burp Cloth
Changing Pad

For me,
Breastpads
Pen/Pencil
Small pad of paper
Chapstick
Keys

I used to keep my cell phone in it, but I lost it..... I keep thinking it will show up. No one is using it, so I guess it wasn't stolen.

I have stopped using the diaper bag--I have a small nylon toiletry case where I can carry the bare essentials--2 diapers, a baggie with wipes, a changing pad and a washcloth (for burping). If we're going somewhere for more than a few hours I'll take the diaper bag though.

If I am going to church, I have diapers in the nursery for both Ava and Ayden. Then I just take a prepared bottle and paci, and an extra burping clothe - no bag needed.

But when I got out. I always have my bag prepacked. So I just pick up and go.

Several daipers for Ava. 2-3 Diapers for Ayden
Bottle with nipple and lid
2 Change of clothes for Ava
A 12.9 oz can of formula for Ava.
Tylenol
Gas drops
Paci - even though she wont take it.. it's a distracter. LOL
Rash Cream
Thats it.
