So, last month, AF returned, and she was a sweet, gentle thing... this month, I think she's turned rabid. Now, BK (Before Keegan), I dreaded this time of the month, not for the least reason was the cramping, but that part only last 12-16 hours and then I got on with my life. Now, not only is AF a heavy set aunt (abnormal), but the cramping has been extreme and ongoing for the last 3 days. At one point, DH had to use some of his labor relaxation skills to help me get through the night. I had hoped that having a child would have been a positive thing when it came to this subject, but I guess I was wrong. On the plus side, my cycle is right on schedule... 29 days as opposed to 34 days BK.

My cycle is still 31 days, like it was, but I don't have the severe cramps anymore. I used to be not able to MOVE it was so bad. I'm hoping that it stays that way! I heard sometimes it improves and sometimes it gets worse

Actually funny you should mention it, mine is here (Yippee *rollseyes*) and it is horrible just like last month, I even went back on the pill which usually makes it lighter...NOPE I have been crampy and having a heavy flow So I am there with ya.

I have noticed that it always seems much heavier after having a baby for about 6 months or so. Then it kind of goes back to normal. AT least for me
