Well last night I spent 6 hours at the ER. I had Chinese for dinner and shortly after starting getting very crampy which progressively got worse. After many tests they found that I had a bladder infection. All my HCG levels were good and the cramps were more stomach related than baby related. I was still absoultely terrified This week has been awful from the day that I fell to today. I twisted my back pretty bad the doctor said. They gave me a prescription for my BI and told me to get some rest (easier said than done with an 18 mo old) But I did have something good happen today (other than me feeling alot better, but tired) Elle used to potty for the first time!!!!!! It just happened before i put her down for her nap.

Also at my 1st appointment I did some tests and then had my doctor refer me to my OBGYN. Last time I stayed with my doc until 20 weeks but she is just too far away now that we have moved (an hour) and my OBGYN (who I can't wait to see again as she is terrific!) is down the street.

Quite an eventful week at our house!

Wow! You have had a week of ups (yea potty training successes) and downs, literally. I am so glad it was "only" a bladder infection! Take care of yourself as best you can!

((Hugs)) I have been having a lot of cramping too. I think mine was caused by bladder irritation too. I am glad that the ER gave you reassurance and hope you are feeling better.

Thanks everyone I really appreciate it I am feeling alot better and have been cleansing my system with lots of water! I am on bottle number 6 LOL

It was very scary as I was having cramping everywhere. We want this baby so much! It is amazing how you fall in love when you see that BFP. It was the same way with Elle. I am taking it easy and DH is helping out with Elle.

Thanks again, it is nice to know there is a great support system in place through each other as we share our experiences. I know I will feel alot better once I hit twelve weeks too

Thanks again everyone! This pregnancy seems like a roller coaster compared to the last one. I am particularly umcomfortable at night and have been having trouble sleeping I go from feeling great to feeling terrible in such a short amount of time. Has anyone else been feeling like this? Or having trouble sleeping? I need some ideas for relaxing since a hot bath is out of the question.
