So my mom kept Mason all day yesterday.. and when I got home from work he was in the best mood—I could hear him giggling the moment I walked in.. and he was sitting in her lap and she was tickling him! So right after she left, he started saying, “Nana” over and over again, which is what we call her. Not only was he saying it, he was looking around everywhere for her.. like he knew she was just there and he really wanted to find her. Of course, I called my mom and told her and it made her day! She said she had been trying to get him to say “Nana” all day but he would only say “mama” or “dada”. Go figure he would say it the minute she left!!!

Oh, and my little pig ate so much last night! When Kenny is gone I don’t cook much, so I heated up a frozen Salisbury steak and mashed potato dinner for Mason. He ate the ENTIRE THING… I mean, I was scraping the bottom of the paper box it came in.. Then I made a frozen pizza for myself, and the little moocher wanted to eat my food with me, so I gave him little bites of the crust. I couldn’t believe how much he ate! His little belly was sticking out so far when I gave him his bath last night, which is good b/c right now his pants are all too big in the waist and they constantly fall down on him!

Did I mention how much I love my little guy!!

That's just too sweet! And what a little porker! I should try frozen dinners like that...I think Maddux is getting burnt out on just fruits and veggies!

Yeah, Mason is definitely getting burnt out on those things- he eats that during the day at his sitters house, so I like to give him something warm and more filling for dinner. The problem is, we never know if he's going to eat well or not. I bought a couple of those budget gourmet meals to try and he liked both of them.. one was salisbury steak and the other was some type of pasta.

That post was too cute!

I know what you mean about them eating so much. I swear Amelia eats all day long. I sometimes wonder what the heck I can give her next! I read that a baby's portion sould be 1/4 of an adult portion, but let me tell you, this kid eats almost an adult size portion! They are hungry growing kids!!

Oh that was the sweetest post! Oh I love that! I bet it totally made your moms day! That is just so freakin cute!

Carissa is still not a big porker on foods but getting better. Go figure! She is such a big kid and is so picky with her foods! You know those Eggo French Toast sticks? She will only eat one or two if the sticks. Christopher will eat the other two and his.

What a sweetie!!
Liv doesn't say a whole lot either. She has started saying "Do-Do-Do" for Dora, she usually says it when she is holding a doll.

Nicki, that's what Mason eats every weekday morning- two of those sticks while we're getting ready for work and a 4 oz bottle. He loves them!!
