Do you have a tv in your bedroom. do you think it interferes with other "bedroom" activity???
Does your child have a tv in their bedroom? Do you let them watch it before falling asleep? do you think it interferes with their sleep?

I have a TV in my bedroom, but it doesn't really interfere with "bedroom activity" LOL
Marshall also has a TV in his bedroom, but it does not interfere with his sleep because he has to turn it off at bedtime.

I have a tv in my room. I think it definitely interferes with my sleep.
I don't allow one in Cohen's room even though I have an extra one that he could use. I had a tv in my room when I was a kid and I swear thats why I have big problems falling asleep to this day. I want his bedroom to be the room he correlates sleep with.

we have a tv in our bedroom and I HATE it. I go to bed a good 2 hrs before DH and he has the tv on every night....so I might as well not go to sleep at all. He has tvs in every other freaking room, including the kitchen, but cant seem to go watch in any of those rooms....so half the time i sleep on the couch.
I definitely think it interferes with sex as well.....
The kids all have tvs in their rooms but the little boys rarely watch it....and the big boys its never been a problem because they know they are already tired in the morning so they never try and push it....now if it was a computer? That'd be a different story but thats never gonna happen

We have a tv in our bedroom. Heh. What other bedroom activity? I'm too tired for other activities. LOL!
The kids do not have TVs in their bedrooms. Not necessarily because I think it's a bad thing, just because they already have one in the playroom and that's enough for now.

we have a big one in our bedroom. it probably interferes with 'stuff' but i'm not complaining, LOL.
brandon has one in his room (that literally is chaning in to jack's room as i type). brandon doesn't watch it that much and jack just really likes it for noise i think. it goes off before dinnertime if it's even been on that day.

Cindy, my husband is the same way!!! Occationally I like having it in there, when I want to watch something, but know I'm going to fall asleep, but being woken up in the middle of the night because he is watching tv, is super annoying! And it would be nice to not have to listen to it EVERY night! I do think it interferes with sex.
Spencer had one in his room when he was 2.5-3 years old, but it caused MAJOR problems. He would wake up screaming because his movie had went off...and he would literally stay up all night watching tv. Now he just sneaks in our room and changes it to the Cartoon network I won't have one in their rooms until they get quite a bit older.

We have a decent sized flatscreen in our BR but I don't think it interferes with everything. We usually turn it off at 11pm or so and talk...or not talk lol
Jules has a smaller flatscreen in her room, but it's literally never on. It's not hooked up to cable or anything, just her games (she has the VSmile and a karaoke game that has a camera that projects onto the TV) and she doesn't even play them all that often - maybe once/month.

We have a tv in our room but I really don't think it interferes with sex at all. If there's a show we watch together we always watch it down in the living room before going to bed. We don't watch tv to fall asleep, or even turn it on most nights.
Usually I'm the only one who will watch tv in our room before bed, and if I'm doing that I'm probably trying to avoid sex and pretend that I just fell asleep early. lol
Haley has a tv in her room, but Tyler doesn't. They only watch a movie before bed on the weekends so Tyler watches one in our bed and then we put him back into his bed when he's asleep. She doesn't have cable in her room, she can only watch dvd's on the weekends.

We have one in our room but it's not hooked up. We had one in our old bedroom that was hooked up and we rarely ever watched it. Occasionally I'd turn it on and watch while I was folding laundry. It never interfered with our bedroom activities, but I don't know if it's because we didn't use it, lol.
The kids have one in their room and it's hooked up to basic cable. Davey can turn it on in the morning and watch Nick Jr. or PBS kids, but since it's basic cable, there's no noggin or anything, so no kid shows are on at night. There's no DVD player or anything hooked up to it.
Davey also knows not to mess with the channels or to even turn it on at night, because I told him there might be scary things on that will give him bad dreams, so he doesn't really mess with it.

I don't have a TV In my room, and well I am sexless, so I don't have "other" bedroom activities lol.
Kiera doesn't have one either. I don't have cable, so it would be poiintless. Kiera doesn't watch much TV at my house.
In my room, I have my computer. I watch stuff on it.
