My mom's birthday is Saturday, so for her birthday I got her tickets to the musical show "Hairspray". She has seen this show in Vegas and loved it so when I saw that it was close to us I got us some tickets!! So we are off this afternoon to have lunch, go see the afternoon performance and then shop a little!!! I am sooo excited, no husband, no kids, just a relaxing day with my mom. Well I better get off of here and jump in the shower before Karlee wakes up.

The show was wonderful!!! It was so funny! Jim J. Bullock was in it and he was totally hillarious. My mom and I couldn't stop laughing. It was great just to be able to go to a musical like that and spend the day with my mom. We both decided that we are going to make a point of doing stuff like that more often.
