we have been having problems with our apt since we moved in. i don't know if you have all heard the story so here is what i wrote as a review online!!

My husband and I thought this place would be ideal for our small family. Well the nightmare began the first night we moved in!We were rearranging things and found a crack pipe in our bedroom! with all the stuff to smash it up! the place was dirtier than any place i had ever moved into. The baseboards were dirty and the carpets had spots. Later on we found out that people had broke into our apartment a few days before we moved in. Well what did they do? They vaccumed... Waht did we find a month later?! I was smelling something really wierd.. Though oh maybe it was a dirty diaper seeing i have a 10 month old. Well we couldn't find anything. So we turing on a black light and there was PISS!! yes PISS everywhere!! yeah they are going to replace the carpet! but that doesn't take back 2 months of my child crawling on the filty floor!There is a huge infestation of cockraoches.. they sprayed almost everyweek.. don't let them do it inside if you have small animals (ex:reptiles) cause it killed our beloved lizard! who was prefectly healthy!the maintenance guys are awsome! when you need them they willbe there.. but that is prob the only plus of the apt.about 2months after we lived here the sink overflowed for no reason! we had not used it in 2 days!! and at about 1230am it started overflowing for NO reason at all.There are tons of kids that don't care who you are. Disrespectful! Parents don't watch them. One time they kicked a ball right through my kitchen window and ran! There are many apt that have way more that what the law states is allowed...Parking sucks.. there are about 20 times people would park in my spot... One time i honked and some ganster guy walked up to me car and scared the crap out of me. He did move but i was afraid he was going to do something to me car!Please really take all the reviews into considerations before moving in! It is NOT worth the money!!!

anyways after much arguement and run around with the manager we are moving out!!! they let us go without paying the rediculous $3250 lease breaking fee!! YAY
we are in themiddle of finding a place. but i think we have one in mind and just need to go sign the papers! so excited!

the funny thing is the office managers last words when i went to file the paper work was "don't go telling bad things to people!" whatever b*** lol!

OMG I am so glad you are getting out of there. I'm so sorry that you had to be in a place like that... thats horrible, but at least the workers were pretty good to you. I would not be happy about my child crawling around on a piss filled floor. I'm so sorry! I hope you guys find a great place! Keep us updated.
