After taking our trip to Maine, I think I understand your fear of deer! I swear we saw NO LESS than 50 dead deer on the side of the road every day we were in the northern states! It was crazy...and I saw dozens of live ones just standing out there next to the interstate. That was definately nerve wracking! I started to get really nervous to drive too.

we have them here too but not that bad when we were driving up to where we were camping though we saw a lot they even had to cut the trees back on this road because people were hitting too many deers
