Enjoy them while they are little and don't be in a rush for them to grow up. You never get these precious years back.

All of the above answers plus...and this one I tell moms to be constantly - is that a baby doesn't care if the house the clean or the addition to it it is finished, what kind of car you are driving, clothes it's wearing, etc. Love and nourishment is all that matters to the baby!

If only I had taken that advice when I had Kaylee. I was a nut about trying to keep my house tidy! Now...you come to my house and you can see it's lived in!!!

same as cindy. plus the whole one about sleep while you can when you're pregnant...i never knew how valuable that one would turn out to be !
