I just brought ours out tonight. I originally hung him on our back door blinds since it's his first night in our new home, lol. But DH wanted to do something more mischievous!

Soooo...I went up and drew mustaches on the kids and now Hermey is sitting here with my eye liner...

I went to bed last night and forgot to move him! I woke up and thankfully moved him before Jake came downstairs! And Davey was sleeping over MIL's so it was all good! lol! Don't mind my dirty window on the outside.

I hope others will share their pics. I'm really having fun with him this year! Last year we basically just moved him from spot to spot and occasionally made him do funny things, it wasn't until I saw the flickr pool that I realized we could make him so much fun.

The kids both left candy out for him a few days ago, and the tootsie roll he ate the other day was from Jake, so he ate the mint Davey left him today.

so cute, kelly! we turned ours in to a game. basically a point system for being good. who ever finds him in the morning gets a point and then i'll give random points throughout the day for helping me or being exceptionally good, etc. then the elf will bring a present on Christmas for whoever has the most points, i might give a small gift for second place too (ethan is not participating). seems to really be helping the attitudes around here
