I been getting the itch to hold a baby. I don't want to HAVE one. I just want to borrow someone else's for an hour or so. I wish every day that Ashley was close enough that I could just go visit the twins and let Madeleine play with Kiera.
probably when I worked in playcare up north. Don't know anyone down here who's had a baby recently. One of my BFF's from up north is pregnant and due in June though, so I'll get to hold her baby when we go up there in August.
Just a couple days ago, my niece Emily. She's almost 3 mos old. She was in a good mood and I was just soaking in every smile and coo, and giving the full on baby talk-funny noises and faces-blowing raspberries, etc, etc. "I could eat your whole face! I'm gonna eat your feet! Eat your feet!! Who's my squishy wishy baby gurl?" At one point I looked up and Haley was just staring at me with an alarmed look I've never seen on her before, it was like "WHO...ARE....YOU???" LMAO!!
She doesn't remember when Tyler was a baby and we haven't been around any babies since then so I guess she's never seen me in baby mode, it was pretty funny.
