I am not really pale and not really dark, just "normal" I guess.
My Julia is going to have a complex about it though, all her sisters are fairly dark and get really tanned, and she's got your kind of skin, even with a tan she's still really light, especially compared to her sisters.
After my little Melanoma scare a few years back, I don't tan. I'm so fair that fake tan looks like my skin is dirty or I rolled around in a giant bag of cheetos.
Me too - usually I tan, but after the melanoma scare I had a couple months ago, I resolved myself to not. I was very proud of myself, I had to buy sunscreen a couple weeks ago and I bought spf 50. Usually I'd get like, spf 16 or something. Or just tanning oil *guilty smile*
I think it's safe to say I have never seen anyone as white as me Seriously, my skin is kinda translucent LOL I freckle but even if I were to "tan" it's just a red color full of freckles. I'm surprised though because between easter egg hunts, a trip to Mexico, and Soccer games each saturday, I have more pink to my usual whiter than white skin already. Usually it takes me til July to get this much color on me
