Have you met with any of the other parents in your child's class? Do you know any of them well?

If your 05'er was invited to a slumber party at one of their houses, would you let your kid go?

I've met a few from volunteering and doing the birthday party circuit..lol! I know one of the moms because I'm her Daisy troop co-leader.

I wouldn't have a problem letting Lauren go to a slumber party at some of the girls' houses. I think she would have a blast if we would do a slumber party with her troop.

No I wouldnt do slumber parties at this point. Mostly because I dont know the parents THAT well. the only one I really know is Shivum's mom. Shivum is Indian. And I think we drifted to each other because our kids are the same color...in a sea of blondes. Seriously, what is it with all the blondes around here???

Julia is in grade one with 2 of her cousins. I know all the parents, and I'd let her have sleepovers at the girls' house, but really it's only happened once (and the friends mom is a friend of mine).

I've met a couple of the parents (one was in spencer's prek class last year) and then one was a little girl that spencer plays with all the time. I wouldn't feel comfortable with a sleep over partly because they are both girls that he plays with, and I haven't really gotten to know any of the boy moms. We are in a magnent school system here and Spencer will be the only kid from his class to go to that new school, so we will have to see who all is in his class next year.
