i buy lots of baby food fruit and give her lots of juice...and that usually helps her go.

I havent had to do anything other then that thank god

hannah gets that way a lot. But some juice and some fruit works wonders.

We never have that problem with Andrew, especially since every now and then he gets something to eat that he isn't supposed to. And with his current diet his meals really don't have a lot of binding foods to it. Though for Emma we just give her straight juice. We still have to water her juice down for her, if not it gets her flowing quite well.

I have never had this problem with Andrew before. Actually I could usually set my clock by him. He always poops at the same time EVERY morning. Now that I've found out he's anemic and I'm having to give him an iron supplement he's having have some issues. And I just hate it. Once I can tell I give him pear juice and it usually helps. I need to find something he really likes that has lots of fiber so he doesn't get constipated. I hate to give him lots of juice every day though.
