Down near my right hip but above it, kinda in my abdomen has been KILLING me all day. I am about to cry! I don't want to go in to the emergency room because the baby has been moving all day and I have a Dr. appoitnment tomorrow. But I am in so much pain, tears are ocming to my eyes. I'd be embarressed if I went in and it was just gas though! Although it hurts ALOT and all day, would that be gas?
I am worried it's like...appendicitis or my spleen or something! What does that feel like?
i had pain there it was kind of pulsating like it would hurt for one second stop for one second hurt for one second and it did that all day. I called my doctor and she said that it sounds like muscle spasms and as long as im not spotting at all and if i can feel the baby move im fine she told me i didnt need to go in unless the pain got worse. Does the pain kind of feel like when you get the round ligament pain? Thats how it felt to me like i had round ligament pain for hours.
wow, I hope it subsides! I had that a few weeks ago and it just killed...but it only lasted about 5 mins. Have you tried some tylenol or a warm bath?
I hope it goes away!
I asked my doctor about appendicitis when I had a pain in my right side because I have a hot appendix, so I have to be careful, and she said when you're pregnant your appendix is above your belly button or equal to, it's not in the same place it was in the beginning, in your abdomen. She said you'd get higher up pain if it was an appendix atack
Yep.... your appendix and all those fun organ are up near your ribcage right now ... not down near your hips at all ...so you can be pretty sure its not them!!
However, it is possible you have a nerve that is being pinched... I've had that happen more than once and its excruciating!!!

Well, I just woke up and it is gone. So I guess it was a pinched nerve or stretching. I took some tylenol last night before I went to bed. I hope I never get that again. It hurt like heck!
Update, I just realized that I haven't felt Davey moev today! Now I'm worried, my appt is in a half an hour, I am def gonna ask the Dr about it.
The Dr. did an U/S (nothing for us to get excited about as he went so fast we couldn't see anythig). He said the baby is fine, practicing breathing movements and doing small movememnts. Some of the movements I couldn't even feel and he'd say "there's a movement". So I guess I'm just not feeling all of them. I have to do a kick count from now on and I go back in a week.
