Nothing and I mean NOTHING will make these durn contractions go away. A few are crampy, I have a little back pain, but most are just tight and feel like really strong BH. They have been happening off and on (but pretty much constantly) for the past 3 days now.

But there is no pattern, so no reason to go to L&D. I have my doctor's appointment on Friday morning, so I figure I'll just wait until then. I'm sure he'll just tell me I'll have to wait until my body patterns the contractions more. But, I'm sure he'll do a pelvic to see if I'm dialating further..I was just less than 1cm on Sunday night.

I am so tired of all the is this it moments..they get regulated but never stronger, and then they unregulate themselves within an hour. It's driving me nuts!

Ugh. And no it's not dehydration or change of activity. Nothing will change the contractions or make them go away, unless they want to on their own. Usually when I'm getting excited because they've been every 4 minutes for the past 20 minutes, then they go back to every 11 then 20 then 2 minutes lol.

UGH! Somebody shoot me!

Jumping over from Oct ddc

Ive been having that for the past three weeks, they would be between 5-8 min apart then 2-4 min apart but they will never get any stronger. Its driving me nuts too. But it will all be over in a short time. Good luck.

Yeah mine are still existent today. At least I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning at 10:30am, so I'll know if I'm dialating further, this is terrible! But I guess our bodies are getting us ready and prepared for labor & delivery! Either that or Alex just can't make up his mind on if he wants to be born or not!

It sucks when you have ctx that aren't appearing to do much.
Often times they are getting baby in the perfect position for delivery (spinning baby around, helping engage baby and so on). Hang in there, the end is near, I promise.

Thanks Brandy. I feel like I am going INSANE here. They get patterned a bit, but never stronger or painful. Or they get painful and then I TOOT! LOL. I know it's going to be here soon, I'm just going insane sitting around reading all day and not having anything to do now that I've taken incompletes at the college I attend...I'm used to being a very active person. I was walking twice a day but with the sciatica pain I wouldn't even make it around the block...plus I don't like to go out walking without my fiance and he's at work all day. I have nothing to do and my brain is always overactive. Ugh. I'm ready for some progress!
