So I am wondering if I am the only one, but I am always finding myself slouching. I am hoping with the working out and the back strength training that it will just become more natural to sit up straight and to hold those shoulders back more. I have noticed since I am exceeding my workout goals and am real happy with my weight lose that I do tend to remind myself a little more often, so maybe some of it is self confidence too.
But I have to say, that the slouching does make me look less in fit. Less confident.
So my challenge to you tomorrow is if you are a sloucher, be mindful of what you are doing and get those shoulders back, walk staigth, tall and confident.
I'm definitely a sloucher Something I need to work on!
