1 lb of lean ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can beans in tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1 pkg Chili mix (I use the Old El Paso kind)
1 can (540 ml) Aylmer Accents Italian tomatoes

Chop onion and cook with beef, adding chili mix when cooked. Add soup, beans and tomatoes, stirring in and leaving to simmer on med heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

You can also add kidney beans if you want. (I don't like them so I don't use them) And red/green pepper or mushrooms
