INGREDIENTS

* 2 pounds lean ground beef
* 1 large onion, chopped
* salt to taste
* ground black pepper to taste
* garlic powder to taste
* 2 slices wheat bread, cut into cubes
* 3 eggs
* 1 package McCormack's Beef Stew seasoning
* 3 tablespoons yellow mustard, divided
* 1/2 cup ketchup, divided
* 3 tablespoons brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, onion, seasonings. Mix in bread, eggs,
3. Press the meat mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a small bowl, stir together mustard, ketchup and
brown sugar; pour on top of the meat loaf.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours.

Please note that it may bubble over the loaf pan.. so it would be advisable to place the loaf pan on a baking sheet.

yay! I tried this recipe, but used a little more ketchup/brown sugar/& mustard... and it was AWESOME! I've never really liked meatloaf, either, and have never made it.

Where'd you get this? lol I've made it several times now, I love it! So do the kids! I only use a little more ketchup, a tiny bit more mustard, and a little more brown sugar. Then I mix it in WITH the meatloaf, and poor the rest on top.
