I posted something similar to this recipe but this one takes a lot less time to do.
1 can (540 ml) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 pgk Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp dried basil leaves
3/4 cup Mozzarella Shreds
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened
Place chicken in 13x9 inch or 3 L baking dish, sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

I made this last night and it was a hit! It smelled so good coming out of the oven and tasted just as good as I hoped it would. The boys loved it - I will definitely be adding this to our dinner rotation. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
