I have a rose on the lower right side of my back. I'm planning on getting the kids' names in some cool etched design on my ankle, with a butterfly coming off of each name, and of course leaving room for more names. And I think certain tattoos on men is the single biggest turn on that ever was. Cory has a crown of thorns with a cross wrapped around his right arm.
Thank you Chelsea (marriedc) for my beautiful siggy
I'm the opposite of you ladies. I'll say it. I HATE TATTOOS. They are an absolute turn-off to me when I see them on men. I was brought up pretty conservatively, with somewhat of the mindset that only 'bad' people or military men got tattoos. Obviously that is not reality, and plenty of people now get tattoos. But I just don't like them on anyone.
If someone is going to have them, I can kinda appreciate them when they have meaning, i.e. kids' names. But when I see something silly like a cartoon character that's 6" tall on the back of a guy's calf, I just think it's the dumbest thing ever. Why would you do that to yourself? All I can think is that it was probably done in a drunken stupor.
But I completely recognize that I am in the minority with this opinion, at least among this age-group of women, anyway. So I will respectfully state my opinion and let everyone else here show their tattoos and talk about what kind of tattoos they want to get in the future, etc. Go ahead--don't mind me! You shouldn't care what I think.

I totally agree Jessie I have 3 currently I want atleast 3 more. Current tattoos A butterfly on my right side I got the day I turned 18, Danes footprint and birthdate and his name one on each shoulder). Future tattoos I want Daniels foot/birthdate and his name (on my back as well) and I finally decided what I am going to get for the memorial tattoo for my gpa Im getting Dogtags with his full name partial ss# birth/death date, rank on one and on the other his unit patch from the army and I think that will be on the back of my neck i think.
My hubby has 3 tattoos a tribal across his lower stomach, danes name and a rotor one on the back of each calf he wants to get a half sleeve and Daniels name but I completely agree that a guy with tattoos makes me get all giddy haha
I currently have 4.. A tribal with a flower in the middle on my lower back, a mother and child mermaid on my left shoulder, Andrew's name and DOB on my right forearm, and on my right ankle/calf, I have a sweet pea flower stalk, with Andrew's name around my ankle in vampire language.. LOL Those of you on my facebook friends list, can see the tattoos in my photos.
I am in the process of planning my next. I like tattoos on guy's.. DH has roughly 18 or more.. I would really have to count them to be certain. LOL
I have zero and I'm with Kallie for the most part. When I was growing up Tattoos were pretty much associated with being in prison, lol, so I have never really found them attractive at all and been really more repulsed by them than anything else. HOWEVER, lol, in the last couple years as tattoos have became more mainstream, I have to say a man with a hot body and a full sleeve tattoo is pretty darn hot, lol. Greg really wants a tattoo - a half sleeve - but we don't want to send the message to our kids, oh go out and get a tattoo - basically because of how we were both raised... so I don't know... I don't know if he will ever get a tattoo or not... I know for a fact, I will NEVER get one. lol.
