The weightloss thread, as promised. Okay so I have a few goals for us, starting small, to do daily for a week. And then to keep everyone involved, I'll PM somebody to think of the next week's goals. So for this week...
Drink 8 cups of water daily. (This will be a really hard one for me. I'm a caffeine gal.)
Do 5 minutes of hardcore cardio (jumping jacks or equivalent) or do 15 minutes of low intensity cardio (walking or equivalent).
Don't worry about counting calories or points (unless you want to) but write a daily journal of what you're eating and share it with us.
Check in at the end of each day! Ready, set, SHRINK!

Ooo... you did good Rebecca! And yeah, pretty sure sick counts as an excuse.
Water- 60 ounces. Just short!
Exercise- check
Breakfast- Coffee
Lunch- Homemade nachos with non-fat refried beans
Dinner- A taco shell with 3 shrimp and a little bit of cheese in it. I forgot to bring dinner to work so I had to get creative with what was in the fridge.

I will try to get on board with you ladies this week but can't promise--I have a hellish two weeks or so coming up with work. I anticipate working ~12 hrs a day. But then it's 2 weeks OFF for me over Christmas! YAHOO! I can't wait.
I am determined to keep fitness/healthy choices as a priority! I just might not have the time to come on here!
But you keep fighting the battle and I'll do my best to get on!

I prefer not to discuss my eating from yesterday, thank you. lol. I always do drink a ton of water though.
Today I'm on track...
B: 1 HB Egg, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee w/ sugar free creamer
L: big salad w/ grilled chicken, HB eggs, and other yummy goodness (healthy stuff) - vinaigrette dressing
D: Grilled chicken and asparagus is on the menu
Ok I just noticed the tread was up and what the requirements are so for today:
Water about 30 ounces so far but will catch up before the night is through
Exercise not enough but we are on vacation for a couple of days so it isn't easy, I may go to the fitness room tonight though and then a little swim with the kiddos.
Breakfast: Raisin Bran and a mini muffin and OJ and Coffee
Snack: 2 handfuls of chips and a soda
Lunch:grilled chicken breast with mashed potato and carrots
Snack: Starbucks Signature Hot Chocolate
Dinner: Nothing big, maybe an energy bar and lots of water
This is FUN! I will be thinking about my food choices more carefully now

I am drinking very little water... I know, I am so horrible. Yesterday I drank about 20oz and today... NONE! Just some milk. No wonder I fluctuate in weight so bad.
I need someone to kick my butt and get me started. I know once I do get going I'll take off no problem it's just getting there and losing all this weight all over again
Although I probably won't be all that great with keeping track and writing things down. And the water? Really, that much?? Yikes.
I know. Water is a toughie for me. I think if we all really write down what we eat everyday, it's enough to think better about choices. It's hard when someone else is knowing what you eat. For yesterday....
Water: Probably about 45 oz.
Exercise: 45 minute ballet class, and then teaching a tap class, a jazz class, a hip hop class, and another jazz class.
Breakfast: 3 egg omelet
Lunch: Denny's grand slam
Dinner: A teeny little pasta side. I didn't have much time to eat so really it was about 3 bites of a pasta side.
Dessert: Ice cream.

Ok I am catching up here I rarely eat so I am not looking forward to what I eat and it is never really healthy lol. I make y water mark most days I drink about 4-6 water bottles that are 16.9 oz each so about 60-100 oz a day. I have an elliptical in my room that I will start using daily I just got a bed and had to make sure it fit in there too and now the boys cant really climb on it.
Water: Not sure exactly but probably close. I had probably 3 water bottles full.
Exercise: Check
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Grilled chicken sandwich and a string cheese.
Dinner: Subway sandwich
After dinner snack: 1/2 of a cheese quesadilla.
