Nope. I was just cleared to do more then water areobics but even then its still very minimal what I'm allowed to do. Due to my neuromuscular disease affecting my legs finding things not requring leg strength(or ankle movement) or balance is quire hard (I can't ride bikes due to not being able to flext my ankles anymore (bilateral foot drop) and yoga is out due to no balance and one knee doesnt' flex anymore either).
I will be doing water areobic's for my 2 PE classes in school starting in the spring semester. I was going to do it this semester but no day care for Kieran this semester.
I should. I used to. But until the big boys go back to school, I don't regularly. I try to fit in some weights when I can, but it's spotty. I'd been in the habit of walking 1-2 miles a day and messing with c25k to get some jogging/running in there, as well as some free weight stuff, and I plan to get back to it at the end of August when we get our routine back.
I try to get to the gym 3-4 days a week, but this summer it has been really hard. Instead of the gym, I'll go running in our neighborhood before the kids get up (if DH is home, obviously!). Dh and I are running in the Warrior Dash on Saturday so I've been trying to train for that. I also do weights at the gym.
