Has your 06er had any crazy Christmas gift ideas for you? Is there anything he/she wants that you think is just over the top?

They haven't asked for anything outrageous for Christmas. However, when they turned 6 they wanted hang gliding lessons. I guess that isn't too typical

No, Matt hasn't asked for much. Carrie (4) is my one with the long list this year. She wants a bike, a fur real pony, an American girl doll, and several other smaller things. All together she is way over budget. She doesn't really have any concept of money, plus Santa can just make the toys, so I don't know what to tell her. I just reminded the kids that we give Santa ideas, but he decides what to give us.

Eric doesn't have something totally above and beyond that he wants - he is, however, determined to get Skylanders the video game, which I keep saying no to because I don't want to get him sucked into begging for new (expensive) figs every 2 seconds. So he told me he was going to go to Santa for them. Doh.
