I am not running a fever anymore but I am so in so much pain its driving me nuts. When I swallow I have this horrible pressure in the very back top of my mouth (i guess where ur nose and our throat connect?). But also my neck muscles hurt so bad, it feels like i strained them all or someone hit me with a bat. It hurts just to touch my neck. At first I thought it was tossing and turning for the past few nights but the very back of my neck/head feels like a slight headache and just hurts. The sides of my neck feel puffy to me and hurt when I touch them (that might be swollen glands or something too). Anyway, I just woke up to go to the bathroom and my right eye is totally bloodshot. Doesnt feel irritated or anything, so I am hoping its not an eye infection, I'll just die! My nose isn't running but its clogged. Its not a solid clog though, its all loose, but its not draining either, its just sitting there in my face lol. I keep breaking into these sweats and feeling like the house is 100 degrees when its not, I go back and forth.
Sorry for going into a big long thing about it but I am mad! I have been sick since Sunday and I would expect to wake the next morning and atleast feel a little better but this morning I feel the same as yesterday. I think I might have the flu even though its not flu season so who knows. I am going to have to get a note from the doctor regardless for work (if I take 3 sick days in a row, they want a note). I am throwing MIL's baby shower on Saturday and if I don't get better by Friday I wont be able to go! I don't want to get a pregnant woman sick!
UGH! And its 5am and I have been up since 4am. Its like I just can't sleep!
*cry cry* I am sorry for venting about it to you girls but DH is sick too (I am not sure if he has the same thing I have, he started running a low grade fever yesterday). So he doens't wanna hear me complain because he is a big baby and thinks the world revolves around him and he is the only one who feels totally miserable. You know, if something hurts me, it hurts him worse kinda thing?
Feel better hun! It stinks, everyone in my house is sick too, and of course i'm sick but still taking care of everyone else, so I totally feel your pain!

I hope you feel better soon!!!!! I'm sick too. My head feels like its under pressure and my nose is bright red from blowing it. And your right DH's are big babies when they are sick
You guys, this is waaay TMI but you know how I was telling you about the pressure in my head and my nose being stuffy but not running OR draining? Well I was on the couch and I breathed in has hard as I could through my nose and... EWWWWWWW, the biggest peice of mucus I have EVER seen came down... it was the size of a quarter I swear! Nathan just about puked lol. But the pressure is SOOO much better and I can hear again lol!
Sorry, that was really gross, I hope no one was eating!
Get better quick so you can have that shower!
