We went to the Bronx Zoo yesterday for my birthday and Sierra's best friends birthday (twinkle's DD from the July
PR). It was soooo much fun. The kids had a blast and Si would have loved it if I just let her walk around the whole time but she doesnt stay with the group so that wasnt happening. Sierra's favorite part was the butterfly exhibit where the butterflies just fly around freely. It was cool.
A few of the exhibits we wanted to see (The Congo with the gorillas and Tiger Mountain) you werent allowed to bring strollers in. I dont feel comfortable leaving my stroller and the stuff in/on it in "stroller parking". Not to mention that these areas were huge and there is no way we can carry Si around that whole time. Its a bit annoying that a zoo has no stroller areas. Who do they think comes to the zoo???
