What kinds of activities are you doing with your toddler now that it's cooler outside?

It is actually still hot here, we picnic'd in the park yesterday with our happy meals, it was so fun. And he is really into the playground now, he used to just walk around but now he knows what to do on all the equipment.

We are mostly indoors now.

But we have ventured outside a few times to go sledding in our yard. Emma LOVES her sled! We also still go for walks 1-2 times per week--we just get bundled up to do it.

Otherwise indoors we are making lots of blanket forts (with Mommy's help, of course!), playing with Mega blocks (they're like oversized legos), reading books, pushing her baby stroller, playing with dollies, and then playing with non-toys of course, like the big cardboard box her new doll came in, tupperware, Mommy's purse, phones, and wearing Mommy's shoes all over the house...

Oh man blanket forts are the best!! Christian wants to be outside all the time, but we don't have a fenced yard so I limit his time out there. I do bring him to Barnes N Noble to play with their train table and do story time. And he plays with his thousands of toys, but he's getting bored slowly. And mommy is getting too big to get on the floor to play!

Seth loves blanket forts too!

Seth's really been into coloring lately and he's been obsessed with his mega blocks since he got him for his birthday...those things never get old!

We're still playing outside some. Today it was in the 60's. But yesterday it was freezing...gotta love the south!

We usually just play inside now... it's a bit too cold here to be outside. Joshua loves blanket forts too, and we usually read a lot and color.
