i checked myself, since i was losing mucous plug (greenish  ) and i was dilated more than a fingertip. so, i went in. no contractions or bleeding, no amniotic fluid, and a super-active baby who didn't want to stay monitered. i am dilated on the outside, which they say is normal for a third pregnancy, but still closed on the inside. thank god. i have a referral now for an ob there, and can call monday. i just got my medicaid, and am still looking for a midwife too. they want an u/s asap, but i'm still not finding out the gender.

wow I can't believe you only have 3 (or less) months left! It seems like you were just telling us you were pregnant. Have you been taking any vitamins? oh, and I was wondering who's going to help with the kids while you're in the hospital and after you come home??? Let us know what the doc. says!

well, technically i have 4 months or so to go, but i will go earlier, i imagine. not tooo early, i hope. prayers for february baby, please!
my mom will definitely be around to help out with the big kids, while i recover, whether i do home birth, birth center (most hoped for!) or hospital (ugh, only last resort!)

I think she's going to be born on my birthday! February 3rd! lol. Scary tho Jaq - glad ducky is fine!

oh, and i am taking vitamins every day, sarah. almost, anyhow.
and i will aim for your bday, rebecca. no way will i make it to vday sarah, i just know it! :Lol:

hehe. I'm taking a multi-vitamin (not preggo tho!) ... kind of. It makes me sick so I can only take half at a time, lol. Look how much calcium is in it, though. Are you able to get WIC?? We get it, and it's a life-saver since her milk is $21 a can! But anyhow, make sure you drink milk (I know it sucks if you don't like it, but put some chocolate in it, hehe)
Hey my mom's birthday is Feb. 1st. Maybe you'll have her then??
Um, I think it's a girl.

yes, i am eligible for wic, but i haven't applied yet.
i do love milk, mmm. i have been very thirsty lately, and in a juice mood. luckily, i am not very into pop, but i do kind of crave it once in a while. orange pop.
i stay on prenatals all the time too, since i'm not so healthy. my teeth got totally ruined, when i stopped taking them for a bit, when i was nursing missy. i couldn't really afford them, i guess.
yes, formula is super-expensive. i am really thankful that i don't have to buy it!
feb 1st is a good possibility, i think! my guess has been january 29th, for a while, though. let's hope hope hope that it isn't any earlier. i am so scared about that! i certainly won't be doing any labour inducing methods this time-- no epo or anything...
