Anna is pretty much reading. She knows a ton of words by sight and can sound out pretty much anything now. She loves the Amelia Bedelia I can read books and reads them all the time!

Are the other April 06'rs reading?

Yep, Emma's been reading for awhile. We've been buying her the easy reader type books for probably the past year, maybe.

Although admittedly sometimes it's hard to tell when she is reading versus just has the book memorized!

But yeah, she's pretty good at trying to sound words out and yes does have quite a few memorized by sight as well.

Haley's really taken off with reading this summer. She's gotten really good at sounding out words. We've been getting her the "easy" level readers from the library.
