Alright y'all.... Help a mother out! I need some tried, tested, and yummy HEALTHY recipes for dinner! My weight is stuck. I'm tired of the same ole crap you buy from the frozen food section at walmart, and I HATE ANY kind of Hamburger Helper. I'm needing to get my butt in gear and exercise more, too. A lot more. But my kids and I are food bored. Lol Help!

Ok, here is one of my favorite, yummy and quick recipes. I do a skillet with a little olive oil, skinless boneless chicken breast and limes, add salt and pepper. I roast the limes face down (you can do lemon too or both) and let them brown up and squeeze them over the chicken after or dip the chicken into it. We do rice or potato or add another veggie to cook in there too like a pepper. We all like it and it is pretty healthy.
Good luck, I hate trying to find healthy stuff that the kids will eat too. We also do homemade pizza and you can do more veggies etc and just a little bit of cheese.
