Well, he's home today and was home at lunch yesterday (eating nothing because of the stomach bug) but here's what I usually do:
Monday/Wed/Fri: lunch meat (ham, turkey or roast beef), slice of cheese
Tues/Thu: PB Sandwich

Each day he gets a fruit and veggie so usually a carrot, tomatoes, or cukes for veggie
Fruit is either berries, mandarin oranges, banana, apple, peaches or applesauce

Snacks--2 each day and we usually do teddy grahams, goldfish, pretzels, PB crackers, dry cereal, yogurt, pudding....
