Today we went to BRU to get Tyson his "big boy" car seat! He is still within the weight/height limits for his infant carrier, but I think he'd be more comfortable in a convertible seat now. (I haven't even been taking his infant carrier out of the car for quite a while now.) He is just growing WAY too fast! We decided on the Birtax Boulevard. Here are a few pics of Tyson testing his new seat out! Tomorrow will be the big test of installing it! I have a '99 Durango, so I don't have the ease of using the LATCH feature. I will probably take it to the police dept. just to make sure I get it in right!




Here is Tyson trying on the new hats we got him too! Lately, as soon as I put a hat on his head, he pulls it right off. So, in both pics, he is in the process of pulling the hats off his head!

What great pics. He is such a cutie! We put Will in a big boy carseat a week ago. He still met the requirments for the infant one to but like you I thought he would be more comfy in a big seat.

He looks super comfy in his new carseat! I bet it'll breathe easier in the heat than the infant carrier, too. We haven't used ours in so long!!

He looks like a big boy in that seat. Love the hat pics, must be a rule because that is what Abby does too.

I just put Jaden in hers for the first time this weekend too (I've been putting it off even though she has been a little too big for it) I must say she wasn't keen on the idea of her new seat...she kinda liked the "bucket" seat better.
