I've been using Eucerin(sp?) on Caden for months now. I know that Aquaphor is also okay for babies and is really good for dry skin.

From the time Isabella was 2 months i was told by my DR that baby lotion was crap! She told me for her very dry skin to us a good CREAM. So i use Neutragena on her since then and work just fine. I think if you just stay away fron dies and fragrances your fine.

Honestly, I just use it for the smell. LOL Aiden didn't stop using it until he was after three and said he didn't want it anymore. I think it would be fine to use another kind though. I personally love Aveno's lotions.

I know I already replied to this but apparently JM ate it. I agree with everyone else though. If you want to use something else it should be fine as long as it doesn't have a lot of perfumes or dyes in it. We still use baby lotion here but it works for us.

I'm sure regular lotion would be just fine. I've used the "Suave" brand lotion with the 'baby powder' scent on Dylan many times the past couple of months. I don't hardly ever use the baby lotions anymore.

Ditto to what everyone else says.

We will be using baby lotion for a long time. I have tons of it left (4 brands!) and I love the smell of all of them. Baby Magic is my absolute favorite.

After Jett's bath I always slather him in it and rub it all in his hair and do a crazy hair-do.
