All of a sudden Emma wont eat any fruits or veggies. She will put them in her mouth and take them right back out or spit them out. I have been continuing to give her them, but she wont have anything to do with them. What can I do?!

Caleb doesn't like to eat many fruits and veggies either. He does love grapes and cantaloupe, so I would suggest trying those if you haven't already. Other than that, we just try to keep sneaking them in his food. I've heard of a book called "Deceptively Delicious" that has a lot of recipes made with fruit or veggie purees "hidden" in them. I've thought of trying that one out. Just keep trying!

I would just keep trying, but for the time being...have you ever given her Morningstar Veggie Burgers/gardenburger?? They are filled with tons of veggies...Kellan LOVES them (as do I)!! I'd give those a try!

Holden has days where he LOVES fruits & veggies, and days where he HATES them (same with chicken.. right now it's chicken ugh). I just keep offering it (along with other alternatives) and after a few days he goes right back to eating them.
All the other suggestions sound good too though!

I'm no help, Omar is a veggie pig... I would just offer some different varieties. I always have lots of canned green beans/peas/carrots for easy lunch sides for him. I've heard of that book as well and I understand what they are doing but I want my kids to KNOW they are eating veggies and to LIKE them. Does that make sense? Just keep offering it, babies are notoriously finicky from week to week.

Hide 'em! Aislinn will eat tons of fruit but only like overcooked green beans right now. So I add veggies to everything. I puree a bunch of stuff and and vege 'juice' to her food. Adding it too pasta works really well.

Find different ways to give it. If she's hungry enough she will eat it.
