I would eat healthy but whenever you feel hungry. Dont load up on junk food. Nursing should help you lose the weight as will just time. Remember, it took 9 months to put the pregnancy weight on... it will come off. Work out and eat a healthy balanced diet and you'll be feeling better in no time!! Just remember when you do wean that you cant eat as much as you did while bf... my mistake! Good Luck... you CAN do it!
