back and forth with the price of our house. Since 11:00 last night we have counter offered 5x, We finally sent our last offer about an hour ago and he has until 7m to accept or deny *fingers crossed* he accepts!!!

Good Luck! Hope it goes through and all works out! With us, we went through all that and in the end, last minute, the buyer found a way to get us to go for her original price. Watch your back is my only advice....
