So every part of me ached and hurt yesterday, especially my joints. We've been having lots of rain with like one day of sun in between and it's been wreaking havoc on my fibro. So I took some Motrin and headed out for my run because it was sunny and nice for once and the kids wanted to swim (which is what they do while I run). My Motrin didn't kick in before I started my run but I went for it anyway. I ran 25min straight which is week 6 day 3 and it was HARD. I did take 4-5 20-30sec breaks along the way because I was just exhausted and sore. But after a short break I was right back to it. So I think that's something!
But honestly I have never been a runner and I'm not sure I'm made to be one. These longer runs kill me. I do them because I have to and not because I enjoy them. I'm hoping once they aren't so hard I'll be able to enjoy them but for now it's just torture.
