Is your child scared of the Halloween stuff out in stores now? I think Caleb must be a thrill seeker because he BEGS to go see it, and then as soon as we do, he is so scared of it! So we leave, and he begs to go back. Yesterday at the grocery store we were just walking by when this life-sized witch started talking to him. He completely lost it! He was clinging to me and shaking. The last three nights, he has been having horrible nightmares and I think it might be from all the scary stuff we see when we are out. We try to explain to him that none of it is real but his imagination is just way too out of control! He is constantly pretending to be a skeleton, and is just really interested - yet terrified - of all of it. Anyone else have this going on with their LO?

Jack begs to look at the Halloween stuff, then he gets scared too. He will look at the scary stuff, but if I touch it he will scream

Holden LOVES scary Halloween stuff. Doesn't get scared at all. We even tried to scare him at the party store the other day, didn't happen

Allison is a thrill seeker...she will run up and push the buttons to make all the scary things go off, and sit there and laugh at them. Nope this child isn't scared of ANYTHING!!!!

Abby begs to go look at the Halloween things too. Nothing has scared her yet but she makes comments that some things are really ugly. I think people being dressed up on Halloween will be a different story though.
