Does your toddler have an obsession? Like, for instance, Carter takes about dinosaurs ALL the time! He is seriously obsessed with them. He's usually a T-Rex, I'm Mama T-Rex and Lena is a Triceratops, haha.

Oh man I wish Karilyn was obsessed with Princesses LOL! Nope if she has an obsession I would say it is Buzz, Woody, and Jesse...I swear she is young for this but they are her imaginary friends. She talks about them like they are real. She willl tell her teacher that they are coming to school..."for REAL" and be so serious...when she wakes up from nap she says to her..."Miss Kellie, they didn't show up"...she even dreams about them and remembers the dreams in the morning! I don't know how at age 3 she has such vivid dreams and can tell me every detail the next day!
The other night she woke up at midnight all upset because Buzz, Woody and Jessie were at the lake, but Buzz and Woody were on top and Jessie was at the bottom. In the morning I asked her about her dream (that is all I said...tell me about your dream) and she recounted the whole thing and then said that Buzz went down and saved Jessie and brought her back up from the bottom of the lake......WIERD!!!!
Jordana's not overly into anything like that. If she had an obsession, I'd say it's letters. She's ALWAYS wanting to practice writing them and wants to color them and tell me what every letter she sees is and what sound they make. She gets mad that she can't read all the words in her books. She'll get stuck and slam the books shut "Mom. I can't even read it all."
eli has many obsessions--pretty much any vehicle, trains, tractors, cars, trucks, motorcycles, 4 wheelers....he turns the couch cushions into different vehicles and rides in them, he stares at vehicles on the roads and makes the sounds effects, he LOVES ride on toys, or like when we went to the fair, he had to go on all the car rides.
