Hi! My son, Clark, was born in October 2007. He's my first...his little sister, Daphne, was born July 2007 and he loves her soooooo much! He's extremely coordinated when it comes to balance and gross motor skills (can run backwards and hop on one foot for a long time) but gets frustrated with himself when it comes to fine motor skills (getting dressed, coloring, etc.). He's a bundle of joy, and a total momma's boy! He's quiet and sensitive, but cracks me up by practicing making faces in the mirror and every once in a while saying something completely grown-up. He's still attached to his pacifier, but not many people know it because it's left in the car everywhere we go and he has to give it to me when company's over. We're also still working on the potty training. He's in pull-ups, and will pee on the potty every time I put him there, but never tells me if he has to go and hides to poop.
Oh, and his current obsessions are Toy Story and Dino Dan.
Welcome!! I bribed my son with a Thomas the train set to go poop on the potty It work though. He was doing great with peeing and making it through bed time and nap time so i knew he was ready - just very unsure - i helped him through the first time pooping on the potty - and reminded him while he was going that he could pick out something special - i'm horriable - but it totally worked and he's gone poop on the potty since.
