I had my 40 week appt today. All was good... blood pressure, urine, baby's heartbeat, my stomach. I lost a pound from last week. I was 1cm/50% effaced last week. This week I'm 2cm/50% effaced. My dr asked if I've had any pains, or any indication that she's coming and I said not really. All I've had was a little pelvic pressure and some minor cramps. Nothing came of stripping my membranes last week. She stripped em again today. But...
I told her how DH leaves in less than 3 weeks and I would really rather her come sooner than later. So, she set an induction date for Friday, the 26th at 4pm. Only crappy thing is my MIL's birthday is the 27th Grr! Oh well. Maybe she'll come on her own this week, but I really don't think so. *sigh*
