I just saw that. I'm glad we got to keep our own. We are still more active than most of the others. This board has more moms that still post than my 2009 PR! There are still a decent amount of us who post here.

really? i have never looked at any of the other playrooms, well thats good we are still considered really active to admins, maybe we will get to keep our room

Oh i have just had a look i thought you meant merged a few rooms like last time but they have merged almost the whole 2007 boards.. ah!! i guess they are trying to make room for the new due date clubs and playrooms etc

yes it mostly has to do with the activity and our PR is the most active really on it's own so that is why we have been able to stay a single board... I hope we can keep it that way for a while!!!

I don't want to be one big PR either! I love that we are still around and still have stuff to talk about. I think it'd be weird to now have to merge with other ladies. Which means, we just have to keep yacking!

I agree with Susan's comment about us being active compared to a lot of other boards. I don't think we'll get merged for quite some time. For one thing we have two hosts...who actually post. I've seen a lot of boards either loose their hosts or their hosts go totally MIA (and I'm not talking they just don't post much...they don't post at all). So we're in the safe group. Facebook groups, which we don't have that I know of...have killed a lot of PRs and DDCs even...my DDC is the least active DDC that I've ever been a part of and yet I talk to those girls at least as much as any other DDC I've ever been a part of...it is just on facebook.

Yeah I think the fact that we don't use a FB group for this board helps. Most of us are friends on FB and keep in touch there but we talk here too. FB has really changed the amount of traffic that JM gets.
