Father's Day

Any special plans for Father's Day?
What about gifts?

I'm struggling this year, I can NOT think of a good gift for Jay. He went way above and beyond for Mother's Day and I feel bad just getting him clothes (which he needs).
Last year I got him a personalized frame from the girls and a new office chair.
This year, STUMPED!

We spent today making cards and gifts. Emily and Abby made a Daddy version of flat Stanley for him. LOL
They each made a card and then we used an idea from pinterest and made him a picture of why they love him.
Those of you on my FB will see it later. Still waiting on Abby to wake up from her nap so we can do hers.

We're going to my Moms on Father's Day, grilling out with my Step Dad.
I'm sure we'll stop at Jay's Dad's too.

I have no idea what to get Jeremy. His birthday was just last week. I hate coming up with back to back gifts. He doesn't have any hobbies or anything. He doesn't collect anything. He is darn near impossible to shop for.

My dad is taking a trip with my brother and they're leaving on Saturday so we're having dinner with my parents tomorrow night at their house. I doubt we'll do much for Father's Day because Jeremy is on call so we can't really make much in the way of plans.

Me and the kids each got him cards, and the kids also did one of those "about my dad" activities that I printed from pinterest. I made him a small cookie cake, I'll probably go ahead and give that to him tonight. And then I bought him a car cleaning gift pack...he is so OCD about keeping the cars clean lol (oh he hates mine!!), so it's a big ArmorAll pack with all kinds of cleaners. It's not the greatest gift but I was stumped on what to buy him!!!

And I remember someone getting one of those gift packs at a dirty santa party one year and he was bummed because he wanted it lol.

LMAO Melissa! That's my Stepdad with cars. He's obsessed with keeping them clean. When I take the van over, he cringes and washes it. LOL Actually, that's a good idea! I think I'm going to steal it and get one for my Stepdad, he's love it!

I ended up getting Jay 3 shirts from 80stees.com They are old school type shirts. His favorite cartoon as a kid was Voltron and I found a Voltron tshirt!! He's going to FLIP!! I got him an old school Back to the Future shirt and a Han Solo shirt too.
I got him 3 pair of shorts too, he really needed some.
Plus I did the "About my Dad" things from Pinterest, I did a handprint framed thing and then I did the "We <3 Dad because" thing that I posted on FB.
