Hi, I saw you post on another thread and I was wondering if you were going to say hi!
Welcome! Good luck, I'm sending sticky vibes your way!!
I have not had a m/c , but many here have, so they can be of help. I do know several people IRL that have had healthy pregnancies after m/c though.

I feel your pain. I am scared too. I was pregnant last summer and miscarried at 7 weeks 2 days, and it took me over a year to get pregnant again, so you can imagine how nervous I am about this!!! Is your doctor going to give you an early ultrasound or order a quant HcG and Progesterone blood test for you? I expressed my concerns, and my doctor is doing all of that for me. So far my bloodwork came back great, and my first ultrasound is next Tuesday. I am just hoping all goes well!!! I hope all goes well for you too!!

My husband is in the navy so I also have military healthcare and I can say I wasn't so impressed. They made me do a walk in pee test and then told me I had to bring my pee back. I had to take the cup home for FMP and then bring it in the next morning. I am lucky enough though that they don't have an OB on base so I got referred out in town. We will see if they are any better!

With my first pregnancy i chose to go off post, so i had a german OB when we were stationed in Germany, I loved it. I dont know why they made you take your pee cup home? never happened to me? i walked in today and they took my blood, wont get the results until tomorrow.
the military is anything but fast.

Hi I have gone on to have healthy pregnancies after m/c. It is really scary and until I hold that baby in my arms I continued to have times of stress. I hope all goes well for you!

Hi!
I actually miscarried 3 times before our first and then got pregnant 4 months after I had her with our second little girl. I'm extremely nervous about this pregnancy for the simple fact that I miscarried so many times and also because our second has Down Syndrome. This pregnancy is pretty high risk. I just can't wait to be 12 wks so I can put most of my worries behind me. I guess it's all in God's hands.
Good Luck!!!

stopping in from May DDC
My advice: relax and try not to worry. I have had 2 children, and my last pregnancy was a miscarriage at 8.5 weeks. this time around I have been freakin out over everything! Still when I go to the bathroom I check for AF. Its crazy. The first few weeks I found out I was pregnant was even worse. I could barely sleep, I really thought I was going to m/c.
Iam now almost 10 weeks (YAY!) and everything is PERFECT! I had 2 u/s and seen the heartbeats each time. The doctors told me that after you have a m/c your odds for a healthy pregnancy afterwards are even better. So the odds are FOR you!
So relax and enjoy each day of this pregnancy. Iam sure everything will be perfect. My thoughts were why waste everyday worrying instead of enjoying it? I dont want to look back 9 months from now and wish I would have enjoyed being pregnant more.
good luck!!!!!
