Well I do want a boy, but I am starting to think I am here because I am gonna have 2 girls. I have lurked on the May ddc, and they are having mostly boys. And right now we seem to have only girls. I do believe this girl thing is contagious. But oh Yammie, I still think you will give us a BOY

I agree!!! Yammie is the only person I am getting strong boy vibes for.... Instead of the June DDC this should be called the girls club!

DH is hoping for a boy... Genetically speaking alone (the only females in his family are married in for at least 4-5 generations, with 3-5 children per generation and all of them are boys), we should be having a boy... BUT, I'm fine either way. Heartrate says girl: 170 at 9 weeks, 160 at 12 weeks. I don't know.

I can almost promise a little boy from here.. but when we're a playroom it will be like "Jacob found love with ALL the ladies in the playroom" You know how the other playrooms do that? hahah.

ROFL... oh yeah, he'll be the lone male in the group! LOL I don't know... with as many as we have here I'm betting we'll end up with more than just one boy.

I am extremely confident that I'm having a boy! I think boy, I feel boy, and girl is pretty much out of my head at this point. I just want a baby so I don't care if it's a boy or a girl, but dh wants it to be a boy so I'm hoping I'll get a son for him!

I agree with Tiger Lily I am happy no matter what, i will love this baby to death! I feel it's a girl and all I think is girl and I picture her and everything! All of my friends have had boys in 2006, but my coworker and my other coworker's wife are having baby girls (in february). My other coworker (this is a third one) her cousin is prego with twins and they are girls (due in april).

I really just want to find out so i can start bonding differently and getting used to the baby's name and look at gender-specific items!

I always noticed that guys with a lot of brothers end up with daughters, my daughter's father comes from a family of 6 with only 1 girl) and so far each of the boys has had a girl except one but, with that particular brother they are having a girl this time around, naming her Gianna and she's due this month. My hubby has all brothers on his father's side and 1 sister on his mother's, although we ended up with a boy first, i think the rest will be girls, his brother has a bunch of girls and one boy. We'll see lol

I'm sure little Jacob will have some friends, but being a little man he might be perfectly happy having all the pretty ladies to his self.

I'm pretty sure I'm having another boy also since his heartbeat was 132 at the 1st ultrasound and 132 last week. I'm alright with that though because it will save me tons of money on boy stuff since I have everything already!

I have four older brothers and me and I already have 2 boys. I will be the one to have a boy I bet . That's okay with me, I'm not one of these dream of a girl people, but it might be a nice change. Time will tell, but I don't even have an ultrasound scheduled yet. I don't really have a strong feeling about what I'm having.

I have a boy and a girl named ready to go, but for the life of me I can't get 2 girl names that I am even a little interested in.

Before I even got pregnant I wanted a boy, now I have two chances and I am scared I am gonna have 2 girls. I will love and adore them and after about 2 mins to get use to it,(after u/s) I will be perfectly fine with it. I think part of my problem is I have to wait another 6 weeks for the u/s. And I have absolutly no patience right now. When I say something to dh about it, he is like we will just have to wait and see, for some reason it makes me want to smack him. Goodness i am in a fine pregnant mood tonight.

Yammie's son will have a harem of ladies

I FEEL girl like I've never felt an intuition before...Baby's heart rate at the 9 week U/S was 180. I have all the same symptoms that I had with my daughter and I don't have one single boys' name on the list. Not one.

So....I'll be having a boy

I feel intuition of boy, but it is proboaly just because I want one. I have all the symptoms that I had with my daughter and with my son and a few I had never heard of My first dd heartrate was always about 150. My ds's heartrate was 145. Baby B ( definate girl) was 147. Baby A (surprise) was 144. So that is absolutly no help. I should find out about valentines day.

I agree with this. I have had 2 boys and 1 girl. This is my 8th pregnancy, I have NEVER been wrong when I guessed gender. The only time I was "wrong" I still consider being right, because....it was my last pregnancy, I couldn't get strong boy or girl feelings, so decided I was having twins, one of each, turns out, I couldn't get strong feelings of either, because I had a blighted ovum and there was no baby, so I still take that as being right. I KNOW I am having a boy this time around, we have both names picked out, but Liam is the one we're using, plus we already chose the nursery theme..."Cars" the movie with Lightning McQueen as the main thing, my mom said "Well what if you're having a girl?" DH looked at her and said "If she says we're having a boy, we're having a boy, besides, we can always switch Lightning McQueen to Sally if needed." LOL

It really doesn't matter to me, I already have a boy, but if I didn't I think I would feel some pressure with this being my second child. With Alexander, i didn't find out the sex and I thought FOR SURE I was having a girl. Every gender quiz, my mom, the HB, EVERYTHING said girl and I had a boy. So, who knows. I have names picked for both.
